Orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours if the items are in stock. Other orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days. If despatch will be more than 5-7 days from receipt of order, we will inform you as soon as possible. Upon receipt of order, we will e-mail a confirmation of order.
Prices and information on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted with order confirmation will not be subject to change. If payment is by cheque, only cheques drawn on British banks can be accepted. Credit card payments using Worldpay can be made in British pounds, Euros or US Dollars.
No contract will exist between you and Sailing Books until we have accepted your order as above and payment has been processed.

Goods will be accepted for a refund or exchange 7 days after receipt of goods. Goods must be returned in unused and 'as new' condition. Prior to sending any item, Sailingbooks.co.uk should be advised, quoting order ID number. The cost of the item will then be refunded back to the credit card, or credited to the cost of any replacement goods by mutual arrangement.
The postage cost will be calculated according to the total weight of the order and will be calculated on-line during the check-out process, before payment is made. We aim to cover costs and the majority of UK orders are sent by first class post, or by courier for larger orders. Overseas orders are normally sent by airmail.
Any import duties and taxes that may be levied by customs of non-EU countries will be borne by the recipient
